In her previous life she was able to capture a much sought after client by the name of General Mills that did not relish the idea of hiring its engineers and scientists through a recruiter.

She was able to build a successful relationship with a local division and once the corporate location started asking how this local division was capturing such strong technical people the relationship grew on a national basis.
